Volvo India has announced the introductory price of the all-new S60 sedan at Rs 45.9 lakh (ex-showroom) and will be available to customers only through an online booking via the Volvo India website. Volvo has kept the health and safety of their customers in mind during the time of this pandemic and hence urges buyers to book the S60 online.
Those who opt to book the S60 online will be offered with a complementary membership to their Tre Kronor Experience program which offers the customers an exclusive Volvo relationship manager, free pick-up and drop facilities for when the car heads in for a service and customers also benefit from a referral program for every new customer they bring in.
At the launch, Mr Charles Frump, Managing Director of Volvo Car India stated “The new S60 is an exciting car and will attract people who like top-of-the-line luxury and safety features in their ride. As we open the bookings for S60, we want to make sure the customers remain safe while retaining the flexibility to book the car from anywhere. The online route achieves both these goals efficiently.”
Volvo has stated that deliveries will begin by the second week of March for buyers who book their S60 in this month or by February. The Volvo S60 sits on a higher price point when compared to it’s the other petrol powered counterparts such as the BMW 3 Series which starts at Rs 42.60 Lakh (ex-showroom), the Mercedes-Benz C-Class which starts at Rs 41.31 lakh (ex-showroom) and the Audi A4 which starts at Rs 42.34 lakh (ex-showroom).
