British luxury sports car manufacturer has finally taken the wraps off the company’s flagship performance SUV, the DBX707, which is capable of doing 0-100 in just 3.3 sec. The DBX707 comes with a host of significant upgrades over the standard DBX. The brand claims the DBX707 as the engineering masterpiece, which elevates Aston Martin to the pinnacle of the segment with a unique combination of blistering performance, supreme dynamics, unmistakable style and absolute luxury.
The flagship DBX707 is powered with the Mercedes-AMG sourced 4.0-litre, twin-turbo, V8 engine, which has been enhanced to deliver monstrous 697bhp of power and a whopping 900Nm of torque to all four wheels. The engine gets mated with a wet-clutch 9-speed automatic gearbox to provide absolute acceleration figures and a top speed of 310km/hr, making it one of the most potent production SUVs in the world. The power and torque output figures are 155bhp and 200Nm more than the standard DBX. Not only engine tweaks but there are several mechanical upgrades to make the SUV more dynamic and capable.

The DBX707 is the most practical performance SUV that can easily accommodate five people. The car is 5039mm long and 1988m wide and gets a wheelbase of 3060mm. It has a kerb weight of 2245kg. DBX707 features extruded and cast aluminium, continuous hot bonded monocoque body shell with aluminium and composite body panels.
The suspension, steering, and brakes are also updated and enhanced to improve driving dynamics and experience overall. The car gets an independent forged double wishbone split link with hydro bushing and integrated hub bearings suspension setup at the front and extruded and hollow form cast multi-link at the rear. The Adaptive triple chamber air suspension improves the drivability and handling of the SUV. The wheels are 22-inch in size and get a carbon-ceramic brake with 420mm front disc and 390mm rear disc, capable of providing adequate braking confidence.The Aston Martin launched the standard DBX SUV last year in the month of January that cost around Rs.3.82 crores (ex-showroom), which is the direct rival to the Lamborghini URUS and Porsche Cayenne Turbo S E–Hybrid in India. Aston Martin has not given any details on the pricing and launch details of DBX707 in India.
