Joining a fleet of manufacturers that are offering similar solutions, Audi will also be giving out an extension to those whose service plans, standard warranty, and extended warranty expire between April, May, and June. The extension is up to the 30th of June, and that gives customers a sense of relief and keeps the mentioned services from voiding.
The extension comes as a result of Audi’s focus on customer-centricity, which is one of the best in the segment.
Mr. Balbir Singh Dhillon, Head of Audi India, said, “Safety is of paramount importance to Audi India. In line with the need of the hour of staying home and staying safe, we are rolling out extensions on Standard Warranty, Extended Warranty, and Service Plans for existing Audi customers until 30th of June 2021. Audi customers can be rest assured that they have the opportunity to extend their plans and receive seamless services for their Audi cars.”
The lockdown has been a hurdle for Audi that is set to bring in the much-awaited all-new Q3 and also enter the EV race with the E-Tron. Both these products have garnered a lot of interest and to be fair, we too can’t wait to test them out. Guess we just have to wait a little longer and hope the situation improves.
