The automaker states that customers obtain a digital end-to-end vehicle service by introducing this contactless service without visiting an authorised workshop facility. It is designed to take customers through the complete vehicle service virtually and seamlessly.
Customers can download the BMW One mobile application on their smartphone or use the www.BMW-contactless.in choose a convenient date and time slot along with the nearest BMW workshop and select the required the type of service needed. Furthermore, customers will receive a detailed assessment of the vehicle’s condition and additional recommendations by their advisor via the BMW Smart Video update.
Customers can review the service requirement, quotation and approve the same instantly online. Further secure online payments for services availed offers complete peace of mind. The serviced vehicle is thoroughly sanitised and delivered as per the requested location. The deliveries and servicing of all customer vehicles will be undertaken by adhering to all local government directives post the lockdown period.
