Citroen India has commenced home deliveries of their C5 Aircross for its customers who purchased the SUV via the company’s online platform – Citroën Buy Online digital retail platform. The French automaker had introduced this retail platform for the C5 Aircross at the time of its launch. The first two SUVs were home delivered to customers in Surat and Chandigarh.

The online portal allows potential buyers across 50 cities in India to have their C5 Aircross delivered directly to their doorstep from the factory. Using the online portal, customers can access the 3D configurator to spec out their SUV with the help from a dedicated e-sales advisor. Furthermore, the website also assists customers with finance, insurance and annual maintenance services alongside the sale of their SUV. Citroen has also added the trade-in service on this online platform for the customers.

The C5 Aircross features a 2.0-litre turbo-diesel engine that makes 174bhp and 400Nm and is mated to an 8-speed automatic gearbox. You also get a good host of features even on the lower Feel variant like LED DRLs, 8-inch touchscreen, leather upholstery and 18-inch alloy wheels. However, the bigger Shine variant adds LED headlamps, a panoramic sunroof and an electric tailgate for a more premium experience.

The Citroen C5 Aircross is offered in three variants – Feel, Feel (Bi-Tone) and Shine. Prices range from Rs 29.90 lakh to Rs 31.90 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). This SUV competes against the likes of the ultra-popular Jeep Compass and the feature-packed Hyundai Tucson in the premium mid-size SUV category.
