Japanese luxury automaker Lexus has announced the ‘Lexus Life’ ownership program for its customers and potential customers. Under this program, customers are offered a comprehensive ownership experience with various benefits to the owners. In addition, Lexus India has also introduced a ‘Lexus Ownership Portfolio’ and a ‘Lexus Pre-Owned’ program for its potential customers.
Lexus Ownership Portfolio
Under the ‘Lexus Ownership Portfolio’, various crafted plans for finance, service options, warranty, insurance & roadside assistance are offered. For instance, a periodic service maintenance package called – Pro Care Service – ensures customers with scheduled services at 30,000, 60,000 and 1,00,000kms with a tenure of 3 years. But Lexus would also allow owners to customize the term and mileage for this package at their convenience. Furthermore, under this program, roadside assistance is also provided, including battery jump start, lock out service, vehicle extrication, tyre assistance, roadside repair, refuelling, and taxi arrangement.
Lexus also offers an extended warranty program for up to 2 years over the OEM warranty for new vehicles. Additionally, the brand will provide insurance cover and bespoke financial services with benefits on 1st-year renewal insurance. With their tailored financing, the cost of ownership, including the service package, extended warranty, and insurance, is covered. Customers can also opt for complete funding via the financing offered by Lexus.
Lexus Pre-Owned offers a collection of pre-owned vehicles in India, offering customers complete peace of mind when buying a pre-owned Lexus. All vehicles go through safety and quality checks and are sold with the protection of manufacturer warranty as per terms and conditions. Guests also can buy Extended Warranty, Service, or Roadside Assistance packages with their pre-owned cars.
