Mahindra is stacking up its ammunition to launch an all-out attack with the Scorpio-N. It wouldn’t be wrong to say that the new Scorpio-N is one of the most hotly anticipated car launches this year. While the carmaker has already allowed us a peek at its exterior design, it has now also revealed its interior. The heavily revamped cabin will follow the lines of the XUV700 in terms of tech and features.
It is evidently visible that the second row can also be had with captain seats while a bench seat will also be available as an option. The overall layout of the dashboard has been thoroughly changed as it will now get a tan brown and black theme.
Mahindra has also revealed that the new Scorpio-N will also please the audiophiles as it will get a 3D sound system from Sony. Other features will include dual-zone climate control, electric sunroof, touchscreen infotainment system, a dual pod instrument cluster with a MID unit, wireless charging, cruise control, six airbags and multiple drive modes. Mahindra will also kit up the new Scorpio-N with its AdrenoX system which will bring connected car technology along with it.
Once launched, the new Scorpio-N will be offered with two engine options, namely 2.2-litre mHawk diesel engine and the new 2.0-litre mStallion turbo petrol. These engines can be paired with manual and automatic transmissions while a 4×4 variant will also be on offer.
