This convertible comes with a 2-litre 4-cylinder engine with Twin-Power Turbo Technology.
Well, if you are not a car geek, all you need to know is- the Sidewalk produces a power output of 192bhp or 141kW and a maximum torque output of 280Nm. This results in a sprints from a standstill to 100kmph in just 7.1 seconds with a top speed limited to 230kmph. The special edition also gets a newly developed seven-speed Steptronic Sport transmission with double clutch and steering-wheel paddles that ensures smooth gear shifts, optimized acoustic and vibration response and contributes to the sophisticated characteristics of the drive system.

Focusing on the interior and driving dynamics, the Mini Cooper Sidewalk Edition features brushed aluminium door sills bearing the “Sidewalk” lettering, to remind you of the special edition every time you enter. The occupant’s seats also get an exclusive Mini Yours Leather Lounge, anthracite-colored leather surfaces with contrasting seams in Petrol and Energetic Yellow.
In addition, braided piping in Petrol and the “Sidewalk” logo add touches of individual style. The interior surfaces of the new MINI Convertible Sidewalk also have a model-specific design. The back-lit decorative trim on the passenger side in Piano Black is combined with accents in petrol and silver. The sports leather steering wheel with its discreet “Sidewalk” logo at the bottom and contrasting seams is a further highlight in edition model’s interior.
