French automaker Renault has made quite a remarkable comeback in India with its sub-compact SUV -Kiger. The Kiger triumphs over its rivals with its value proposition, safety standards and looks. Debuted in the year 2021, Kiger has been the primary sales achiever for Renault in India. Today, they roll out the 50000th Kiger from its manufacturing plant in Oragadam Industrial Corridor, Chennai. It is the same plant that also manufactures Nissan Magnite.

 Renault India celebrated this milestone by introducing a new Stealth Black exterior colour in the Renault Kiger range. The particular paint scheme will be available in both engine options for the top-end RXT (0) and RXZ versions. Regarding the engine, Kiger is equipped with a 1.0-litre 3-cylinder turbo-petrol engine, mated to a 5-speed manual or X-Tronic CVT transmission. The 1-litre turbo petrol churns out 100 horses and 152Nm torque. There is also another 1-litre engine which puts down 72 horses and 96 Nm torque.The prices for the Renault Kiger start at Rs 5.99 lakhs and go all the way up to Rs 10.62 lakhs .
