Tata Motors has begun bookings of their all-new Safari with a booking amount of Rs 30,000 via Tata’s website or by visiting a Tata dealership near you. Prices for the Safari are to be announced on the 22nd of February and potential customers can visit the showroom to see and test drive the new Tata Safari now.
The Tata Safari will be available in four trims – XE, XM, XT and XZ. The base XE variant offers dual airbags, disc brakes on all four wheels and ESC with hill hold assist. The XM variants include all the above and Multi Drive Modes and touchscreen music system. On the XT variant, buyers are offered with the panoramic sunroof, fully automatic climate control, 18-inch alloys and Tata’s connected tech.
The top of the line XZ trim comes with a whole bunch of bells and whistles like xenon HID projector headlamps, terrain response modes, six airbags, electronic parking brakes with auto hold, 8.8-inch touchscreen infotainment with 9-speaker JBL music system with a subwoofer and all the other features available on the XT trim as well.

The Tata Safari it is set to compete with the likes of the MG Hector Plus and the Mahindra XUV500 both which full-size 7-seater SUVs which offer a 3rd row of seating. It is also worth mentioning that the Mahindra XUV 500 too will be completely revamped and is expected to launch in the near future.
