Customer orders are healthy, and the retail sales have shown an improvement as compared to last month. The segment dominance of Innova Crysta and Fortuner continues, as both the models have recorded good demand and witnessing growing sales in their respective segments. Glanza and Urban Cruiser also continue to garner sustained sales; we are happy to note that both the offerings continue to meet the aspirations of our younger customers. We are thankful to all our customers for their relentless support to the brand and the trust they have shown in our entire range of products.
Furthermore, Toyota Kirloskar recently introduced a virtual showroom that allows potential customers to access the entire portfolio that Toyota offers in India at the comfort of their homes. Buyers can visit the virtual showroom via Toyota’s official website, which provides them access to a 360-degree tour of the exterior and interior of the vehicle they wish to purchase. Additionally, the buyer can also book a car of their choice via this platform without physically stepping into a showroom. The virtual showroom experience was introduced by Toyota to help customers stay safe at their homes due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic while still getting to experience the entire Toyota portfolio in India.
