Volkswagen sales and service portfolio in India goes digital

Volkswagen has announced that is digitizing its sales and service portfolio in the country. This is an attempt from the German brand to provide its customers with the flexibility of choosing their brand new car from the safety and comfort of their home. Volkswagen claims states that the online retail process is simple and hassle-free; a complete end-to-end contactless experience. A potential buyer could register their interest, speak with the sales consultant, make a purchase and receive their brand new car, all through a process conducted virtually. Except for receiving the new Volkswagen, of course. The brand also emphasises that all its facilities across the network along with the vehicles will be thoroughly sanitized on a regular basis for the safety of their customers and employees.

Volkswagen has integrated its 137 sales and 116 service touchpoints in this process. This enables customers to choose their preferred dealership while they book their car online. If you do wish to check this service out, log onto Volkswagen India’s website to browse through their range of models, gather product details and get the relevant pricing information. To book different services, customers can fill personal details and requirements online for the service team to deliver the request at the customer’s preferred timeslot. Customers can also opt for pick-up and drop off services basis their convenience to visit a dealership or workshop. For a secured transaction, verification will be authenticated through an OTP generation by the preferred dealership.
