Volvo Car India has announced the commissioning of a 24×7 customer support service. Customers can reach out to the Consumer Relations Center (CRC) via a toll-free number 18001029100. The CRC provides Customer Service, queries handling & Roadside Assistance to all Volvo customers. This Centre is also unique as it makes India the only country in the Volvo Asia Pacific ecosystem to provide round the clock customer support.

The Consumer Relation Centre enhances customer confidence in the brand with the conviction that the company is contactable round the clock, year round in the unlikely event of a customer having to reach out. The Swedish automaker has also introduced several other customer-centric initiatives during the past 12 months, including the ‘Volvo Contactless Program’, which ensures the customer’s safety and promotes an online purchase of the Volvo car. Furthermore, Volvo Car India is gearing up to expand their current portfolio with the launch of their first fully electric SUV, the XC40 Recharge in India within the coming months. Presently Volvo’s current line-up for India consists of the XC90, XC60, XC40 and S90 and S60, but the brand is looking to expand this portfolio in India soon.

Volvo Cars currently markets products through 25 dealerships in Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chandigarh, Chennai, Coimbatore, Delhi NCR – South Delhi, West Delhi, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Indore, Raipur, Jaipur, Kochi, Kozhikode, Kolkata, Lucknow, Ludhiana, West Mumbai, South Mumbai, Pune, Raipur, Surat, Vishakhapatnam and Vijayawada.
