Japanese luxury car maker Lexus has launched a luxury van based on Toyota Vellfire, LM350h, in India at Rs 2 crore. There are two variants on offer: the trim with a 7-seater configuration and a 4-seater trim. The 4-seater version costs Rs. 2.5 crore (ex-showroom). With a price tag of Rs 2.5 crore, the Lexus LM350h is one of India's most expensive MPVs.
Lexus LM350h gets the intimidating stance with a large grille up front. It gets LED headlights sporting tri-piece LED elements on the front, and on the rear, it gets connected, and wraparound LED taillights along with the tall rear windscreen, with the Lexus badging between it. From the sides, one notices its long wheelbase and most importantly- the sliding doors.
In terms of features, it has a digital instrument driver's unit and a 14-inch infotainment system. It also gets boss-type reclined seats, a 48-inch TV, a 23-speaker surround-sound audio system, heated armrests, an advanced infrared rays matrix sensor air conditioning system, Lexus Safety System+ 3 suite of ADAS tech, 64-colour ambient lighting, a 10-inch heads-up display, and heated and ventilated seats. The feature list is so big that a paragraph feels too short to describe them.
Lexus LM350h gets a 2.5-litre, 4-cylinder hybrid engine that comes mated with an e-CVT gearbox. The system puts a combined 250hp of power and 239Nm of torque with a Lexus' E-Four all-wheel drive system.
