BMW R 1300 R Titan: a sick one-off custom bike

Built entirely in-house by BMW’s own engineers, this R 1300 R—nicknamed ‘Titan’—is a raw, aggressive one-off sprint-style custom.

The transformation is hard to miss. The entire body has been hand-crafted, giving the bike a sleek, low-slung profile with a stretched-out frame. It features lightweight forged carbon-fiber panels, which add both strength and style. A pair of titanium Akrapovič exhausts sit neatly under the rear, giving the bike a deep, growling sound to match its aggressive looks. But the biggest surprise? A hidden nitrous oxide system—perfect for when the standard 145bhp just isn’t enough.

Every part of the bike has been reworked. The tail is minimal and clean. The air intakes are bold and functional. Foot pegs are pushed back for a more aggressive riding position. Even the lighting has been sharpened to match the bike’s focused design.

Afterall, this bike isn’t about everyday comfort or long-distance travel. It’s about power, speed, and making a statement. It sheds anything unnecessary, keeping only what serves performance and style.

What makes this build even more special is that it wasn’t created by an outside custom shop—it was designed and built by BMW’s own team.
