The Royal Enfield Bullet first made its debut all the way back in 1932, and now for the first time in its 94-year history it has received a twin-cylinder engine. The Bullet 650 gets modern tech features too and it is offered in two colour options: Cannon Black and Battleship Blue.
While the iconic signature silhouette carries the legacy forward into 2026, Bullet 650 shares much of its visual DNA with the Bullet 350 and Classic 650 Twin. Instead of complete overhaul, the Bullet receives aesthetic refinements. Shared elements like chrome headlight hood and tail-light remain, alongside bespoke, hand-painted golden pinstripes on the fuel tank, metal RE badging finished in gold, a traditional casquette headlight casing, and a squared-off rear fender.
A notable technological advancement is the semi-digital instrument cluster, which pairs a classic analogue speedometer and a crisp LCD screen. Upfront, you will find retro-styled aluminum switchgear featuring tactile rotary switches and adjustable levers, while the single-piece bench seat remains a comfortable constant.
Powering the Bullet 650 is a refined 648cc parallel-twin engine, producing 46bhp and 52Nm of torque. It rides on Showa suspension setup consisting of 41mm front forks (120mm travel) and twin-tube rear hydraulics (112mm travel). At the rear, the dual-peashooter exhausts are sure to deliver a distinct exhaust note, though they will trade away a bit of the original, slow-revving single-cylinder “thump”. It gets a 19-inch front and an 18-inch rear spoke wheels, backed by dual-channel ABS.
The 2026 Bullet 650 is priced at ₹3.64 lakh ex-showroom, approximately ₹14,000 less than the top-spec Chrome variant of the Classic 650 Twin, this makes it the most affordable long-wheelbase model in the Royal Enfield 650 lineup, which also consists of the Super Meteor 650, Shotgun 650 and Classic 650 Twin.
