The Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 Rough Crafts edition was first showcased at EICMA 2025, where it created quite a buzz among enthusiasts. Now Royal Enfield has announced the price and allocation details of the Shotgun 650 Rough Crafts edition for the Indian market. It is Limited to only 100 units worldwide, with just 25 units allotted to India, every bike features unique numbering on the fuel tank and bespoke paint job. Design and Styling

The Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 Rough Crafts edition is based on the standard Shotgun 650, however it gets some bespoke custom changes which make the bike look special and different from the standard version. It gets some exclusive styling elements inspired by the Caliber Royale custom build. The bike gets a combination of Gloss Jet Black and Matt Stealth Black paintwork, complemented by a striking Gold Leaf Stripe with a subtle gray accent flowing across the body panels. it gets a cast brass collaboration badge, identical to the one found on the original Caliber Royale custom bike. It also comes equipped with matching black bar-end mirrors, quilted leather seats, contrast-cut alloy rims, and gold fork inner tubes, which contribute to its premium appeal. The limited edition numbering on the fuel tank adds to the exclusivity, making it a desirable choice for enthusiasts and collectors.

Engine and Gearbox

Where the Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 Rough Crafts edition remains unchanged is the engine department. It is powered by the same 648cc parallel-twin, air-cooled engine which produces 46.3bhp at 7250rpm and 52.3Nm of torque at 5650rpm, this 648cc engine is paired to a 6-speed gearbox.

Availability and Pricing

The Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 Rough Crafts edition is priced at ₹5.75 lakh (ex-showroom) with only 100 units worldwide. The motorcycle will be released through a phased regional drop, with only 25 units allocated to each market. Prospective buyers should register themselves on Royal Enfield's website between July 15, 2026, and July 30, 2026, exclusively through the company's online platform. The exclusive bike will be available for sale in India from July 30, 2026, at 7PM IST.
