Suzuki has refreshed its Gixxer range in India with new colour options across the Gixxer, Gixxer SF, Gixxer 250, Gixxer SF 250 and Gixxer SF 250 Flex Fuel Version. Apart from the new colour schemes, there are no mechanical changes to the motorcycles.
The standard Gixxer and Gixxer SF are now available with a new Metallic Oort Gray with Pearl Blaze Orange colour combination.
Meanwhile, the Gixxer 250 and Gixxer SF 250 get a new Glass Sparkle Black with Metallic Oort Gray colour option. The Gixxer SF 250 Flex Fuel Version also gets the Glass Sparkle Black with Metallic Oort Gray finish, along with a new Glass Sparkle Black colour option.
Suzuki Gixxer and Gixxer SF: Engine specifications and Pricing
The Suzuki Gixxer and Gixxer SF continue to use a 155cc, single-cylinder, OBD-2B-compliant engine. The motor produces 13.6hp at 8000rpm and 13.8Nm of torque at 6000rpm and is paired with a 5-speed gearbox. Both motorcycles get LED lighting, disc brakes, single-channel ABS and Suzuki Ride Connect. The Gixxer is priced at ₹1.37 lakh (ex-showroom), while the Gixxer SF is priced at ₹1.40 lakh (ex-showroom).
Suzuki Gixxer 250 and Gixxer SF 250: Engine specifications and Pricing
The Gixxer 250 and Gixxer SF 250 are powered by a 249cc, single-cylinder engine equipped with Suzuki’s Oil Cooling System (SOCS). The engine produces 26.5hp at 9300rpm and 22.2Nm of torque at 7300rpm. The engine is paired with a 6-speed gearbox. The Gixxer 250 is priced at ₹1.84 lakh (ex-showroom), while the Gixxer SF 250 costs ₹1.92 lakh (ex-showroom).
The Gixxer SF 250 Flex Fuel is the most expensive version of the range. It can run on fuel containing up to 85 percent ethanol and produces 27.9hp at 9300rpm and 22.5Nm of torque at 7500rpm. It gets a 6-speed gearbox and is priced at ₹1.98 lakh (ex-showroom), making it only E85 compliant variant in the Gixxer lineup.
Suzuki is also offering special benefits of up to ₹1,500 on the Gixxer and Gixxer SF, while buyers of the Gixxer 250 and Gixxer SF 250 can avail benefits of up to ₹3,000 under the current offer.
